Information We Collect

We are committed to communicating with you in a professional manner and protecting your confidential information. We use the information you provide (e.g. name, address, phone number, email, agreement to receive newsletter/sales offers etc.) to contact you to share information about our flooring products and services. We will not share your form information with any third party outside of our organization, other than service providers as necessary to fulfill your request. Website advertising data sharing is described below. This company does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

Future Communications

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future with news about our company or information about our services. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you may unsubscribe at any time, either by using the unsubscribe link on the newsletter or by contacting us via the email address given on our website.

Please contact us to correct or update information at any time at 301-944-3700.

Logging and Cookies

When you browse our website, the following information about your visit is collected and stored: the computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address (a number automatically assigned to your computer when you access the Internet); the domain from which you access the Internet (for example: aol.com, for an America Online account); the website address from which you came to our site (for example: www.google.com, if you came by clicking a link from a Google search); the date and time you arrived at our site and how long you spent here; the name and version of your computer's operating system and browser (e.g. Chrome/Firefox); and the pages you visited.

We also use “cookies” on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us further determine usage of our site and sources of site traffic, improve access to our site, and identify repeat visitors.

Facebook and Instagram Advertising Measurement

We use the Meta Pixel to share permitted page visits and successful estimate-request events with Meta Platforms for advertising measurement and optimization on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may receive cookie identifiers, IP address, browser information and the page URL. We do not send your name, email, phone number, project details or form message through this pixel, and we remove URL queries and fragments before loading it. When advertising is permitted, we also report the successful estimate-request event to Meta from our server through Meta's Conversions API, using the same event identifier as the browser event so it is not counted twice. That server report carries cookie identifiers, IP address and browser information. Only with explicit advertising acceptance of our current notice do we also include your name, email address, phone number, city, state and ZIP code as SHA-256 hashes for matching. Hashing is not anonymization: Meta can use these identifiers to match you to an account. We never send your project details or form message to Meta.

We do not show an automatic advertising-consent banner. In regions requiring advertising consent, or if your region cannot be determined, Meta tracking is disabled. Elsewhere, permitted advertising tracking is enabled unless you refuse or your browser signals a privacy opt-out. Advertising choices are separate from consent to calls or texts and are not required to request an estimate.

Use Cookie settings on any page to accept or reject advertising tracking or withdraw a previous acceptance. Your choice applies immediately and across open tabs. We retain the choice, time, region, notice version and choice history in this browser with a randomly generated visitor reference, preserving prior acceptance evidence when you withdraw. Clearing site storage removes that browser record. Events blocked at the time of an action are not sent later if you accept. Meta’s processing is described in its Privacy Policy.
